5. Refund Policy

• Refund requests for paid courses or academy programs must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
• To request a refund, contact us at info@sehatalks.com with your order details.
• Refunds may be denied if a significant portion of the course content has already been accessed or completed (e.g., more than 50% of modules).
• Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
• Live cohort programs, one-on-one sessions, and downloadable materials are non-refundable once accessed.

6. No Medical Advice

All content provided through SehaTalks — including courses, blog posts, videos, and academy materials — is educational only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
